|Currently we are building a 1962 in the similar spirit for a well know collector. The car will have the character of a 1962 Corvette concept also incorporating the personality of the Corvettes that raced at Sebring that year, focusing on the characteristic triple front opening, eliminating the bumpers, triple taillights, custom exhaust and pronounced wheel flairs to bring more unity to the design (similar to a 1969 Camaro).
This vehicle has been totally disassembled down to the individual body panels and reinforcements and realigned and bonded on the surface plate. In addition, substantial reinforcements have been added to the cowl structure to eliminate cowl shake. All body panels are uniformly gapped to 3/16ths of an inch and surfaces controlled to look like steel body surfaces.
